Transitory

I was always told that I was a “Golden child”, for the majority of my childhood I didn’t know what that meant until I began this project.

My mother went through physical and mental torture to try and bring me into this world.

18 years and 15 miscarriages later I was born.

This was the first time my mother shared what she was going through during those 18 years.

This is why I wanted to make this collection of work made up of the accounts of women who felt like it was time to share what they themselves went through.
